Records fall as Bees race at Blazing Tiger Invite

On Saturday both the St. Ambrose men's and women's teams raced at the Blazing Tiger NAIA Classic in Omaha, Neb. The women raced a 6k while the men continued their season with another 8k.

CHICAGO --- A pair of Bees claimed their second Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference Cross Country of the Week award, the league office announced on Wednesday.
St. Ambrose races at Indian Hills

On Saturday, the Bees raced at Indian Hills in Ottumwa, Iowa, and did not disappoint. Despite the temperatures getting cooler, this afternoon race tested both the men and women but nevertheless, the Bees persevered through with many personal records (PRs) and even a team record.
Cross Country Bees crush Seminole Valley Stampede

Saturday, both the men's and women’s cross country teams raced at Seminole Valley Park in Linn County, Iowa. For the first time this season, both teams had big competition and runners to compete against with both fighting well and hard especially in warmer temps.
