Taylor Flores was named an assistant coach with the Fighting Bees in August 2025.

Originally from Auburn, Wash., Flores began her collegiate basketball career at Cal State San Marcos, where she played in 10 games as a true freshman on a team that reached the NCAA West Regional. She then transferred to the University of Arkansas at Monticello, where she played for two seasons. During the 2022–23 season, she ranked in the top 10 in scoring in the Great American Conference, averaging 15.4 points per game. She made 63 three-pointers in just 17 games, leading Division II in total threes before an injury and ranking third nationally in threes per game. She later transferred to Northeastern State University, where she had to medically redshirt before transferring and concluding her collegiate career at Angelo State University.

“Taylor has had a tremendous career and is eager to teach what she knows to others," St. Ambrose head coach Zac Exume said. "We are looking forward to the impact that she will have on this program.”

Flores is currently completing her Bachelor's in Integrated Marketing at Angelo State University and is pursuing a Master's in Business Administration at the same institution.
