With the year winding down, the SAU Esports Team competed in a pair of playoffs and was awarded the Commissioner's Cup from the Midwest Valley Esports Conference (MVEC).

Conference championships were competed at Illinois State in Jacksonville, Ill., on Mar. 28-29. The SAU Overwatch team finished second and the Super Smas Bros. team took third.

The Commissioner's Cup awards points based on teams' finishes across both the fall and spring seasons.

St. Ambrose earned a total of 37 points towards the Commissioner's Cup in Rocket League, winning both the regular season and playoff championships. First place in the regular season and runner-up in the playoffs netted 30 points in Overwatch. In Super Smash Bros., the Bees picked up 19 points for finishing fifth in the regular season and third in the playoffs. SAU also earned 16 points by taking third in the regular season and sixth in the playoffs in Valorant.

The 102 total points was enough to edge Cornell by a single point for the Commissioner's Cup. Coe finished third.
