Smith commits to join SAU women's basketball team
Head women's basketball coach Zac Exume is pleased to announce Sahriah Smith from Fountain, Colo., has recently signed her letter of intent to attend St. Ambrose University and play basketball for Coach Exume beginning in the fall of 2026.
Smith is a 5-4 point guard who is graduating from Fountain Fort Carson High School. She plans to major in Biomedical Laboratory Science at St. Ambrose.
"Sahriah is one of the type of players who not only scores but will do the little things it takes for her team to be successful," Coach Exume said. "She absolutely loves basketball, and you can tell by the way she plays. She will thrive in our program, and we are blessed to have her."
